What is Trealth?

Trealth is a global end to end train management platform and professional community. Within our transactional platform, Turbo Trade, we provide compliance, classification, freight forwarding and payment resources for the users, so they can complete an entire transaction in one solution on any device. Trealth Connect, our professional community, allows buyers, sellers and service providers in the international trade industry to search and connect with each other and grow their respective businesses.


How does Turbo Trade work?

Turbo Trade is a collaborative cloud transactional platform. Users will be able to communicate with their business partners, as well as with our compliance, freight forwarding and shipping resources. Our system will walk you through each stage of the deal. To start, users will invite their business partner to the deal. The users will then cover every step of an international transaction for the sale of goods, including product classification, tariff calculation, compliance, freight forwarding, shipping and contracts. Trealth will provide the resources for all of these services.


How do I create a Trealth Connect account?

When a user signs up for Trealth they will be prompted to fill out personal and organization information. On these pages you have the option to have Trealth automatically create a Trealth Connect profile by checking the box at the bottom of these pages. You can then enter Trealth Connect from the main dashboard and edit your Trealth Connect profiles.


Am I only allowed one Trealth account?

Normally, yes. When a user signs up they will be able to create a profile for themselves as an individual and for their company or organization. However, if a user is a member of multiple companies or organizations, they can create more accounts but will have to use different email domains.


Do I need to create a separate Trealth account for my business?

No. Your personal and company or organization information are all put into your Trealth account. Users have the ability to have both a personal and a company or organization profile in Trealth Connect as well.


How are the customs duties and costs calculated?

Trealth uses trusted global compliance and brokerage companies Tradewin and Expeditors International to research and calculate the appropriate duties and costs for your transactions. You can learn more about Tradewin and Expeditors International in our Partners section.


How does Trealth handle payments?

Trealth offers an escrow payment system through our trusted payments partner Payoneer. Depending on how the buyer and seller decide to split costs, when a deal is completed, the users will be prompted to transfer funds to the escrow account. Once the buyer, the funds are released to the appropriate parties. The buyer and seller can can track of the status of the funds in escrow at any time by going to the Tracking section in the Turbo Trade deal. Are my payments secure?

Absolutely. Trealth and Payoneer guarantee that the funds in escrow will be secured. The buyer and seller can can track of the status of the funds in escrow at any time by going to the Tracking section in the Turbo Trade deal.


How can I connect with other Trealth Connect users?

Trealth Connect allows users to search for other users and organizations, or invite new contacts to join Trealth Connect. Trealth Connect will also provide business leads that are chosen based on mutual interests in a user’s trade profile.
